This is how to pre register or fill ehteraz online application and get the approval before enter to Qatar.


Online Instructions

Click on "Pre-Registration System for those coming to Qatar" at the top of the main page of Ehteraz mobile app.

Create new user account by filling in the required information, then click on “Signup”.

Log in to the platform by entering your email, password and captcha, then click on “Login”.

Select “Submit new application” and fill in the required information which include date of arrival and number of travelers.

For Qataris and residents, QID number must be entered.

For GCC citizens, passport number must be entered.

For visitors, visa number and passport number must be entered.


Enter the following health information:

Type of vaccine and date of last close.

Date of last infection with Covid-19 for recovered travelers.

Upload the following attachments:

Copy of passport
Copy of certified vaccination certificate
Copy of Negative PCR test result
Copy of hotel quarantine reservation for unvaccinated individuals or those coming from high-risk countries
Any other required attachments

Review the information and make sure it is accurate before sending it.

Submit your request.


Additional Information

Travelers must apply through the platform no more than 72 hours prior to arrival time and at least six hours before making sure to submit the required documents.

A Fast-Track route has been allocated to approval holders based on terms for enter to those previously registered only.

After submitting the application, the traveler may follow-up and see the status of the application either it is approved or any other procedures required to get the approval.

Travelers must present their PCR test result and the application approval to the border employee in order to use the Fast-Track service.

No fees are required for this service.
