This is a complete fertilizer granulation production line that uses a wet granulation process to meet the production requirements of high-capacity, high-quality granules.

Production process:
1. Raw material preparation and batching
According to the fertilizer formula, select raw materials such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, and use a batching system for precise metering.
2. Mixing and crushing
The batched materials are fully mixed in the mixer, and the size of the lumps is reduced using a crusher to facilitate the production of high-quality granular products.
3. Drum granulation
The mixed powder enters the drum granulator, where a liquid binder (water or steam) is sprayed to promote bonding. The rotation of the drum causes the particles to aggregate and form granules.
4. Drying
The wet granules are conveyed to a rotary dryer to reduce the moisture content.
5. Cooling
The dried granules are cooled to room temperature in a rotary cooler to prevent caking.
6. Screening and recovery
The cooled granules are classified using a vibrating screen. Granules of the right size continue to be coated, while those that are too large/small are crushed and returned to the granulator.
7. Coating (optional)
Coating can be applied to improve handling properties and control nutrient release.
8. Packaging
Finished fertilizer is automatically weighed and packaged into bags for distribution.
