We're on a mission to give a voice to stories across the renewable energy sector that don’t get heard, both through content on our channel, and through content for our clients’ channels.

But getting up close with energy infrastructure requires training, certifications, and a serious appreciation for industrial safety, before you can even think about shouting 'ACTION!'.

So we teamed up with Belay Rope Access Training Centre to (1) Get Luke certified with the Global Wind Organisation’s safety training that he needs to direct and shoot out in the field, and in the process, (2) take you on a journey inside the world of energy health and safety, in a way that isn’t as boring as that might sound!

In this video, you’ll follow Luke as he completes the 4 modules of the course: Working at Height & Manual Handling, Sea Survival, First Aid and Fire Awareness; and you’ll discover why training like this is so important to keep our homes and workplaces powered by an ever more sustainable supply of energy.

As much as this video in and of itself has been a joy and a challenge to produce, it’s only the start of what we’re moving into. With an increasing number of wind and solar farms getting the green light to be built, developers across the globe have a critical challenge ahead of them: to bring their teams, their investors and us as the public on that journey with them through their content.

This is what we’re here for.
