Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (85/15)
2 large green bell peppers or 4 small
1 small onion
2-4 cloves garlic
2 tbls worstershire sauce
15 oz can diced tomatoes or equivalent of fresh chopped tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup brown rice
1.5 tbls salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbls italian Seasoning
1.5 cups Shredded cheese
