The FACTOR168 Creative Event Company were engaged to provide creative entertainment program experiences for a series of bespoke corporate incentive events for 400+ VIP guests staged within Yangon, Myanmar, on behalf of leading strategic corporate communications powerhouse - one:fortyseven communications.

The event series featured key segments - The Welcome, and the Gala with the thematic thread of Myanmar - The 'Golden' Land, The 'Golden' Club. VIP guests were invited from an evolving global information technology corporation with a strong corporate presence within the greater Asia Pacific region.

The Gala Party program was staged on the roof of Yangon's tallest building as a secret event destination. Guests were met at the nearby host hotel, escorted to the tower lobby and sent on express lifts decorated with posters with hero photographs from the previous six events. On arrival they had two floors to explore and enjoy - the 20th providing air conditioned comfort and dining and the rooftop with breathtaking panoramic views of the city and it's two most famous golden pagoda temples.

Grooving Cafe Buddha inspired DJ entertained the 20th and the rooftop custom built stage over the top of the pre-existing bar played host to Myanmar's most in-demand DJ KC from Australia and now a long term resident of Mandalay. The ever popular DJ KC opened and closed the event.

Imagine — Myanmar after decades of military rule and only the second week of a democratically elected government led by global freedom icon 'The Lady'. Destination - the rooftop of the tallest building in Yangon. A surprise exclusive corporate party for the Asia Pacific regions movers and shakers. Local DJ opens, the Sule Shangri-la cater, the roof top is ablaze with lighting that can be seen from hundreds of miles around the city. The scene is set and the night opens with an outstanding choreographed performance by four gorgeous Urban Soul Orchestra string musicians. Joined by the pocket-rocket London industry veteran DJ Goldierocks who then segues into a masterful individual performance that draws a spellbound audiencet their feet for the rest of the night.

Time for the full Orchestra to make it's presence known. DJ Goldierocks is rejoined by the string beauties along with two Bruno Marr's inspired dancing brass artists, and finally three of London's powerhouse vocalists. Max, like a sleek panther works the entire stage, its mesmerises the audience with her sassy diva looks and extraordinarily powerful vocals, and finally lzzy — the love child of Adele, its Turner, and Rhianna — takes no prisoners and the audience loves her for it.

The Urban Soul Orchestra ensured the VIP evening was a massive memorable success with an unrelenting 90 minute tour de force. An eclectic fusion mix of strings, blasts of brass, mercurial DJ beats, and an explosive vocal threesome — gobsmackingly good!
