Once you give her all of those and have met all possible matches on Miss Match, you'll get a scene next time you talk to her, where she claims she knows the perfect match for Ichiban, a Japanese woman whose name ends in "ko", and will urge him to go to the hotel to prepare.

And when the time comes... it's her, and Ichiban gets sexually assaulted once again. But at least Machiko-san becomes a Dondoko guest.
