Repair electric vehicle lithium battery

When a lithium battery that has only been used for half a year malfunctions, the repair is actually quite simple!
This is an electric vehicle lithium battery that has been used for six months. We discovered that the issue was caused by a problem with one of the pouch cells, which was also swelling. Such a situation poses a risk of fire and explosion over time! Since this battery pack consists of 14 cells, we decided to remove the faulty 13th cell and use it as a 13-cell pack. We also replaced the protection board with a 13-cell lithium battery protection board, secured it, and connected the ribbon cable. Finally, we packed the battery.
