Скачать или смотреть BODY CAM: Springville police search Ruby Franke's home after children were found emaciated

On Aug. 30, 2023, officers with the Springville Police Department arrived at Ruby Franke's Springville home after two of her children were found emaciated and requiring medical attention at Jodi Hildebrandt’s home in Ivins, Utah.

Police believed two more of Franke's children were in the home and could be endangered. American Fork police found the two girls at a family friend's house and were placed in protective custody.

After police received warrants to search the home, they did not find Franke or the children in the home. Instead, police discovered that Franke's children were in the middle of packing the home for a move to Arizona.

While officers were waiting outside Franke's home, Franke was driving to Ivins to speak to police officers about the two children found at Hildebrandt’s house.
