wiring example (3 phase) :
Encoder pin Arduino pin
Phase A ------- 0
Phase B ------- 1
Phase Z ------- 6
5V ------- 5v
GND ------- GND

Careful,Every encoder has different wire color codes...dont forget to read the datasheet!!
