And the Cato Institute he turned into a juggernaut, continues to partner with SFL and our students to make them the most impactful advocates for liberty they can be.

That’s why we are proud to dedicate our newest and most prestigious annual award to his memory: The David Boaz Impact Project of the Year Award.

Impact projects are initiatives that create meaningful and measurable change toward a freer world, and each year, this award will honor students whose project best puts into action the ideas David urged us to fight for.
