Continuing work on the new pig barn, solo this time! This is my first time ever using a jigsaw, and it turns out I'm pretty bad at it, it's all coming together though!

This is the first major project I've undertaken since moving to the micro farm. All of the materials have been upcycled from something else, whether it's dismantling an old crate left behind from the previous owners or using the headboard from an old bed, nothing is new, nothing goes to waste! (Well, we did buy a bag of screws, but all of the material was already left lying around by the previous owners of the land!)

The micro farm is an aspirational project I've taken on after the death of my younger brother. I'll be uploading several videos per week that will show the slow transformation of a ~3 acre overgrown hillside plot in the Wicklow mountains in Ireland into a self sufficient, sustainable organic micro-farm. No animals will be harmed in the making of these videos. They're all pets ;)

This whole situation that I've found myself in is pretty close to a real life version of Stardew Valley/Harvest Moon.
