How to check payable e challan of your vehicle through Mobile SMS. Initially, PSCA has launched an online service to check e-challan online through web portal or Mobile Application. Recently, Punjab Safe City Authority has launched SMS service 8815 to check E challan of any vehicle whether it's Bank Finance or on Lease. City Traffic Police and Lahore Police is assitaing PSCA to round up the echallan defaulters.
