This video was made as part of the Welsh Governments Food and Drink action plan 2014-2020: 'Towards Sustainable Growth'. At Village Bakery,we take on a number of bakery and engineering apprentices each year as part of our 'Grow Your Own' scheme.

Featuring MD Robin Jones and apprentices Tom Jackson and Justin Webb, the video shows how the scheme is beneficial to both the business and the individuals involved by bringing essential skills into the workplace.
