You need an Knife and I brought runes to mage the 101 tree spirit. There is a safe spot to do so. You can also range. You will be travling to the island called Entrana. You cannot bring any weapons or armour with you to the island. Monks will search you to ensure that.

You can however bring materials with you to craft such items.

This quest gives you the ability to enter Lost City, wield a dragon long sword as well as a dragon dagger.
