In this video we demonstrate the work and refinement on a Larix yamadori Bonsai that involves careful pruning, wiring, and styling to create the desired tree shape and overall aesthetic. Dead or damaged branches should be removed , followed by thinning out excessive growth to promote balance and the appearance of a mature tree. Wiring can then be used to shape the remaining branches, with a focus on creating an aesthetically pleasing silhouette .
