After your dentist has given his approval, the registered dental assistant will take impressions of your teeth. From there, the assistant will make casts (stones) of your impressions and add little dots. These dots make room for the bleaching gel. We then heat a plastic film so that it is flexible, and drop it over the casts. The film takes the shape of the cast to achieve custom trays. Once hardened, we remove the trays from the casts. We trim them by hand for a custom fit. They are now ready for you to take home. Use the trays only as recommended by your dentist.
