While we demonstrate jet engines using microturbines, the principles explained apply to jet engines of all sizes.

Learn the four basic stages, or principles of jet engine operation. See the basic components of a turbojet with the outer casing removed, and what it would take to build a jet engine. You will also learn the three basic variations of the turbojet engine, as well as some basic piloting techniques.

These tiny little jet engines may also be able to bridge to gap to our first personal flying machines, and flying cars.
