Start gently jogging with your mouth closed.
Just breathing in and out through your nose.

Have your tongue in the roof of the mouth and get used to breathing in and out through your nose during jogging.

If your mind wanders off while jogging bring your attention back on to your breathing. Continuously bring your attention from the mind onto your breath.
