I asked Imari Williams, Valter’s voice actor, say say gay rights as Valter over twitter. And he DELIVERED!

Backstory-
So on February 16 I was at a Fire Emblem PJ Party at Katsucon 2019 as Hana(check it out on my insta, animu_sushi). A bunch of us were doing Heroes summons on the Greil’s Devoted banner and chanting “Gay Rights!” as we spent all of our orbs on trying to get the featured units(I was able to get Greil’s Devoted Ike)

Me and my friend James(jamesbarnes.cos on Insta), who was dressed s Valter for this event, were just kind of talking when I mentioned “Imagine if I got Imari [Williams] to say ‘Gay Rights’ as Valter.”. I don’t remember exactly what James said in response but it was along the lines of “That’d be wild.” So what did I do?

I tweeted at Imari Williams, Valter’s voice actor for Heroes, and asked him to say “Gay Rights” as Valter.

Now I’ve known Imari for a little while. We haven’t met but we really want to meet each other at a con. We talk quite a lot over twitter and I even ended up making his current twitter banner. He’s one of the nicest voice actors I’ve ever talked to.

Anyway, a few minutes after I returned to my hotel room I looked at my notifications and saw that Imari liked my tweet… and responded to it. Now one would would probably think it would be just a quick clip right? Nope!

Imari took the time to send me a 1:28 long video of Valter explaining why Gay Rights are valid! He didn’t have to go this hard but he did! He did it for us!

Imari continues to surprise me all the time! He’s amazing!
