The MAD-S is the first FPV racing frame to utilize custom carbon fiber plates made with TeXtreme® Spread Tow carbon fiber reinforcements. It is also the first racing frame to use intermediate modulus carbon fiber that have higher stiffness and strength then T300 and T700. Because of this, the arms are far stronger and stiffer than their normal counterparts. We also used micro waterjet cutting in the manufacturing process to get tighter tolerances and increase the contact area in slots and tabs. The three-plate center stack provides excellent protection for your electronics. The arms are joined at the motor plate to increase torsional stiffness and durability. All screws are made out of 7075-T6 aluminium. The camera and antenna mount are made out of 3D printed nylon.
We are confident this is the most durable frame on the market and to show this we have made it the first FPV racing frame with warranty.
