It is good for golf, good for recreation and superb as a biodiverse resource which makes a significant contribution to sustainability and conservation. There has been little involvement of professionally qualified landscape architects. But it exemplifies the fundamental principle of landscape architecture in the specific sense that a great many technical skills have been coordinated to produce a really good public open space.
