How to set up a guest WiFi network
Setting up a guest WiFi network on your router is a pretty straightforward process.

All you need is a laptop or mobile device with an internet browser. You also need to be connected to the router that you want to make changes to (either via WiFi or an ethernet cable connection).

Once you’ve confirmed your connection with your router, you need to access your router’s settings page. This can be accessed by typing the IP address (or provided URL) into the search bar of your browser.

When you’ve reached your router’s settings page, you need to log in with the username and password for your router’s settings.

Upon successfully logging in to your router’s settings, you need to look for the “Guest Network” settings section of your router. In these settings, you should be able to:
-Enable a guest WiFi network (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, or both)

-Determine the name and password of the guest WiFi network

-Decide if you want to hide the SSID of the guest WiFi network

-Decide if you want devices on your guest WiFi network to be able to communicate with each other (or access your local network)

Once you’ve made all the desired configuration settings to your guest WiFi network, select “Save”. After a few seconds, you should see the newly created guest WiFi as an available network in your devices’ WiFi settings.
