This is another version of star anise pattern for mask adapter I adapted from floral shaped star anise design showed in my previous video. This pattern is made of ch3 and 1dc in chain one (to form a circle). Then, ch5 and 1dc in chain three from hook to make a second circle. Repeat this pattern to create ten more circles. After that, create ch3 and make five incomplete half double crochets (hdc) in circle ten (I refer this as circle one from this side). Grab the yarn, yarn over and pull it through all incomplete hdc’s loops (leave 2 basic loops in the hook), grab the yarn and complete the puff stitch. Then ch1, 2sc on the top of puff, ch2 (for picot stitch), 2sc, and finally slst in the same space of the puff stitch. Do the same in the remain circles (of this side). Then, ch16 and slst at the same space. Ch3 and make the puff stitch in each circle where the previous puffs are made.
