Laura Thomas is an award-winning TEDx speaker and writer of all things self-love, mindfulness, grief, and magic.

Laura is on a mission to help people heal their hearts, minds, and bodies. Her first book, THE MAGIC OF WELL-BEING is a succinct guide about uncovering lasting happiness. Most days Laura can be found working on a variety of projects, including her memoir, a young adult fantasy series, a screenplay, and helping clients tell their own stories through her professional editing and ghost writing business, NEXT LEVEL STORY (nextlevelstory.com). When she ventures outside her hygge office (endearingly known as The Cave of Wonders) it is to speak at events all over the country, offering her warm, gentle, enthusiastic presence.

Laura lives in the mountains of Colorado with her husband, author and entrepreneur Adrian Reif, too many house plants, a unicorn named Shadowfax, and a garaged filled with outdoor toys.
