Hodir [HardMode] - Retribution PoV

Could have edged out a little more Haste buff uptime if I was smart. A few times I moved out of it anticipating a flash freeze / knockback which wasn't coming. I also got super lucky by getting 2 storm clouds, which was the only way to parse this fight really. But this fight no longer counts on logs, as it's just an RNG fiesta.
