🎙 Alexandra Nemery
Alexandra is a UX designer and researcher with experience in leading software companies such as SAP, Cisco and Sage in France. She later specialized in the video game industry, contributing her expertise at Ubisoft, Square Enix and Sony PlayStation. In 2024, she joined ÉTS (École de technologie supérieure) as a professor and researcher.

🎙 Madalena Costa
Madalena is a product strategist and founder specializing in the design of AI-powered product systems that drive retention and long-term engagement. She is the creator of the Stickiness Loop, Glow System and AI Retention Flywheel frameworks, which she has presented at leading local and international conferences, including WeAreDevelopers.
Beyond her product work, she contributes to the global tech community as co-lead of Ladies that UX Lisbon and as a Google Women Techmakers ambassador.
