Here we see some Conair Air Tractor AT802 Fire Boss amphibian wildfire fighting aircraft in action scooping off of the Lower West Arm of Kootenay Lake on the afternoon of July 19th, 2024 fighting the Eagle Creek Wildfire near Blewett, B.C. You can see a boater getting right in the path of the Air Tractor's as they are scooping water off the lake.

It's always impressive to see these firefighting planes in action, but please use common sense and stay off the water when they are in action.
