Ingredients :

Moong Dal - 50g
Toor dal - 100g
Onion - 1
Tomato - 3
water - as required
Required salt
Ghee - 1 table spoon
Cumin - for seasoning
Mustard - for seasoning
Green chilli - 2 nos (cut pieces)
Curry leaves
Asafoetida - 1 teaspoon
Tamarind - 1 small lemon size
Jaggery - 1 small cube
Vegetables : your choice

to roast & grind :
Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoons
Channa dal - 1 tablespoon
Urad dal - tablespoon
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Coconut shredded - 1 cup
