Adobe Freezing? This is how! Go just follow the steps below to find out how to delete the media cache temporary files so it can make adobe run like new again. This was a short on how to fix / resolve the white box freezing on Adobe Premiere Pro. I am updated and have windows and all the like updated however cannot edit.

So I took the time to see if there was a way to do this and after much aggression and time wasted it came down to Media Cache - Open the folder that has all the temporary files within and delete ONLY within the folder and not the folder itself. Once you have completed that, restart the PC and resume editing!

PS: I filmed the screen with my phone on its axis and it doesn't seem to want to cooperate. Otherwise I will just redo a proper video if this gets enough attention :D
