In trade league the 'easy' way to get these special gems is to trade for them. In SSF that's not an option and they are pretty rare now.

I don't recommend chasing these if you don't expect to hit level 95 or higher. But if you do play enough to hit that point, here's the suggestions:

0:00 Intro
0:24 Alternatives to these gems from Recombinators (may be 3.18 only)
1:45 Uber Maven and Awakened Exceptional Supports (not an option for most players)
2:10 All gems, Home Div Card: Rarer than The Nurse, far more common than The Doctor, a good choice.
3:55 Empower: Why The Dragon's Heart isn't a realistic option in SSF (outside unusual luck)
4:35 Enhance: The Artist; Brush, Paint and Palette
5:24 Enlighten: The Enlightened
6:38 Enlighten: Wealth and Power (Not recommended, The Enlightened is likely 10 times as common)
6:50 General notes on level 1 gems as global drops. Magic find not recommended.
