Once again, it's Wednesday, so it's time for another installment of "Western New York Wednesday" here on the channel. This week, I'm reviewing another beer from the Ellicottville Brewing Company (‪@EllicottvillebrewingEBC‬), and it's their Chocolate Cherry Bomb, the 2025 release. This is an Imperial Stout that is brewed with cherries. Full disclosure, I've had this one numerous times before, including most recently back in December of last year while watching John Cena's final WWE match. I thought it tasted better than I remember, so it made sense to finally give this one a proper review. Let's see how it is!

Commercial Description:

A robust and delicious dessert imperial stout that's mild in it's sweetness and bold in its complexity. Smooth, balanced and boozy. Heavy chocolatey, roasty malts with tart cherry flavor on the end. Medium-bodied stout. Served on Nitro where available.
