‘Say a Little Prayer’ is a cover of Donna Summer, in which I wanted to show the power of nature to be the confidant of our intentions. It is nature that can be the repository of our prayers and the tender recipient of what is hidden in the human soul beyond words. Exceptionally, I decided to include the entire recording to share with the listeners the richness and beauty of Portugal, in the images shown you can see Lisbon, Sintra and Porto.
The piece is another installment of a jazz-performance recital in an ethnic setting with themes that permeate Donna Summer's work.
