Chinese troops attacked over India in 1962 during the Prime Ministership of Pt. JL Nehru. Amidst the tension between both countries, a speech of JL Nehru created chaos. Two-day after the attack, Nehru gave its first statement to nation telling about the rough approach of China. It was clear that India will not be able to face Chinese troops. Nehru again, after thirty days of beginning of war, gave statement to nation informing about the situation. However, expert termed the speech as official acceptance of defeat.
