Resha Kebab
Ingredients:
300g boneless chicken (boiled & shredded)
1 medium potato (boiled & mashed)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 green chili (finely chopped)
2tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp black pepper powder
1tbsp Chickea Flour
3 - 4tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt to taste
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
Oil for shallow frying
Method:
1. Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mashed potato, onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, and coriander leaves.
2. Add Spices & Binding Agents: Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, black pepper, gram flour, egg, salt and chicken powder. Mix well to form a soft dough. Give charcoal smoke for 2 mins.
3. Shape the Kebabs: Take small portions and shape them into patties or cylindrical kebabs.
4. Frying: Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the kebabs on medium flame until golden brown on all sides.
5. Serve: Enjoy hot with mint chutney or ketchup!
