Your breath burns in the back of your throat.
It was a foolish idea to try to run from this thing.
It catches up with you in an instant, spazing
your muscles and forcing you to the ground.

You twist around and breath soulfire at it.
It staggers, buffeted by the blast. Finally.
With this chance, you call out to them.
You've played your part, it's their turn.

The monster, a fractal abomination of lightning.
It towers over you, your body too weak to fight.
As it reaches down, it's blasted a second time,
A rival bolt of lightning exploding into it's side.

Your friends are finally here, and this electric abomination stands no chance.
