So I want to get into the difference between day trading, swing trading, and scalping. And why each have their pluses and minuses, right? So real quick. Scalping is when you're in and out of the market real quick. I like that. I don't have to think about things. I like to you know, just get in and get out. And I have to think, is my trading going good? Is the news affecting my trade? You know, what I was up $5,000. For last I looked, let me go look, oh, now I'm negative $3,000. I hate it. Right. I like to sit down. And it's not for everybody. I like to be able to sit down,

I find that the other styles of trading gives me freaking anxiety, honestly. Now, that could be the other way around. If you're more of a gambling type, and you need that dopamine hit, and that Russia could actually affect you negatively, right? So I want to go into the cons of it. scalping can actually give you a lot anxiety can make your heart race, it can make you stressed out pretty heavily give you some major anxious thoughts. If you're not prepared for it now. The reason is because you're getting in and out so fast. And you're like, oh my gosh, I went the wrong way. Oh my gosh. So here's my thoughts on it. Overall, I think it makes you a better day trader and a better

swing trader, because it allows you to take a lot more trades faster. And it lets you feel the emotions faster and get those out of the way to eventually get pretty much emotionless. Okay. So the faster you can get emotional. This is what I always tell everybody, the better you know, and I always compare it to when in martial arts, where they have the students kicking a tree or hitting hitting their shins with sticks. You feel the pain, you feel the pain you feel the pain until eventually, your shins get strong enough to where you don't feel those that pain anymore, right? So the same thing goes with scalping for me, right I could sculpt, sculpt, sculpt, sculpt, sculpt, sculpt, sculpt, and my emotions are out the door, like I just don't care anymore, right. It's also good if you have less time, like you don't want to think about it. Just want to get in and out and go back to your job. Go back to your family. Okay, so day trading. Day trading is great. If you have a nine to five, and you have like a our lunch break or an hour in the morning to jump in something and you're okay with just letting trades run and hitting your your take profits and, and just chillin right there a few hours to a day long. Usually you're out by the end of the market. Close your market close. Now. I like it, it's chill, I do all I do all three if you want to know. But I don't hold for days and days. Sometimes I'll hold for like two days, Max three days, which makes me a swing trader. But mainly, I mainly scalp. Now swing trading is pretty awesome. If you just let's say you have another account, this is what I do. Personally, I have another account, I see this big setup on the four hour and the daily right are the daily and the weekly even. And I'm like you know, I'm just gonna hold this sucker for a long time. And it's just extra money, I look at swing trading as extra money that could add up. I mean, if you have a big friggin account, like $100,000 Plus, and you're going for an extra three to 5% a week, that's three to $5,000 extra a week that you would have made you wouldn't have made if you didn't take that swing trade. Now swing trades you could hold for weeks, technically. So if you're not a patient type person, I just would stay away from it personally. So that's my my deal with it. I like to be in and out of the market as fast as humanly possible. I like to take trades that take seconds to minutes. And the longest at my favorite is maybe up to 30 minutes scalping the market, getting my money off the table and just enjoying my life, right I have a wife for kids 10 animals and I have businesses that I run outside of this so I really enjoy trading, but I really really enjoy taking money off the table profiting for the day and enjoy the rest of my day.
