Grated Ginger (Adrak)
Chopped green Chili (hari Mirch)
Boiled Green Peas (Hari matar)
Turmeric powder (haldi)
Garam masala
Coriander Powder (dhaniya Powder)
Dry mango Powder (Amchur)
Boiled and grate potatoes (Ubla aloo)
Salt as per taste (namak)
Coriander Leaves (Hara dhaniya)
