Hello everyone, I am Fiona. In this video, we will show you the EPS cutting line with automatic horizontal and vertical wire setting functions, we will test it with a small piece of EPS boards, so you can see how it works.

One thing to mention, the EPS cutting line was not well leveled before the testing, so there was a noticeable tilt between the horizontal cutting and vertical cutting.

After clicking on the system start, manually load the EPS block and manual alignment.

Once the EPS block is aligned properly, it will be transported forward to the horizontal cutting station to begin the cross-cutting process.

After the horizontal cutting is completed, it will continue to be transported forward to the vertical cutting station for the vertical cutting process.

Once the vertical cutting is completed, it will continue to be transported forward to the end, where it can be manually removed the cut EPS boards.
