In this video i explained the working of the axial Piston Pump.
Cylinder Block: A rotating part with multiple cylindrical chambers (or cylinders) where the pistons are housed.

Pistons: These are cylindrical elements that slide in and out of the cylinder block, creating pressure as they move.

Swash Plate: A slanted plate connected to the cylinder block. The angle of the swash plate determines the stroke length of the pistons, influencing the pump’s flow rate and pressure output.

Drive Shaft: This is connected to the pump’s input, providing rotational movement to the cylinder block.

Valves: These manage the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic fluid, ensuring that the fluid is directed to the right places in the system.

Operation:
As the pump shaft rotates, the cylinder block turns, causing the pistons to move in and out of their respective chambers.
The angle of the swash plate determines the piston stroke. A higher angle leads to a greater displacement and more fluid pumped per rotation.
The fluid is drawn in on the intake side and forced out on the discharge side due to the pistons’ motion.
