Previously, Heorot continued training as Beastmaster in Rolanberry Fields and Yhoator Jungle and reached Level 45. Now, he will finish getting Beastmaster to Level 50. Then, he will begin training as Bard.

Heorot resumes in his Mog House in Bastok. In his delivery box, he receives gil for a stack of Light Crystals, two stacks of Fire Crystals, and a stack of Earth Crystals that sold on the auction house. Thank you, buyers! Heorot heads outside.

Bastok Mines (time 1:25):

Heorot hits the auction house to put a stack of Earth Crystals and a stack of Water Crystals up for sale. Then, he uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Yhoator Jungle, Elshimo Uplands.

Yhoator Jungle (time 3:17):

Heorot arrives at the Outpost at I-8. A couple of Tonberries "welcome" him to the jungle. Afterwards, Heorot uses the Field Manual to sign up for the Page 5 individual training to defeat 10 members of the Tonberry family.

Eventually, Heorot reaches Level 50 as Beastmaster.

When he has finished here, he uses the Survival Guide at I-8 to teleport back to Bastok Mines.

Bastok Mines (time 23:25):

Heorot visits Neigepance at the Chocobo Stables to sell some loot. At the auction house, he puts up a stack of Light Crystals for sale. Then, he returns to the residential area.

Mog House (time 25:37):

Heorot changes his main job to Level 1 Bard. He equips a sword; he has no intention of being a "spoony" Bard! Then, he goes back outside.

Bastok Mines (time 26:52):

Heorot has no songs or instruments, so he will get some before he sets out to train. He teleports to Southern San d'Oria.

Southern San d'Oria (time 27:12):

Outside the Chocobo Stables, Heorot finds Ferdoulemiont at I-11. He picks up a Scroll of Knight's Minne and uses it to learn the Bard song Knight's Minne.

Afterwards, Heorot teleports to Bastok Markets.

Bastok Markets (time 29:13):

Heorot goes to Harmodios's Music at K-10. From Hortense, he picks up a Scroll of Foe Requiem, a Scroll of Army's Paeon, and a Scroll of Valor MInuet. He cannot learn these yet. From Harmodios, he picks up a plain Flute, a Bard instrument equipped in the ranged weapon slot.

Afterwards, Heorot teleports to Bastok Mines.

Bastok Mines (time 31:53):

Heorot exits through the South Gate to South Gustaberg.

South Gustaberg (time 32:47):

He uses the Field Manual at K-8 to sign up for the Page 1 individual training to defeat 6 members of the Bee family per training regime. He sets out and tackles a couple of Huge Hornets until he reaches Level 3 as Bard. Then, he climbs Vomp Hill and targets Maneating Hornets and Goblins.

When he can, he uses the Scroll of Valor Minuet to learn the Bard song Valor Minuet. Then, he uses the Scroll of Army's Paeon to learn Army's Paeon.

When he is done on Vomp Hill, he heads west towards the Fumaroles.

Eventually, Heorot reaches Level 15 as Bard.

He takes the exit at D-9 to Dangruf Wadi.

Dangruf Wadi (time 51:21):

Heorot uses the Survival Guide at K-10 to teleport to Port Windurst.

Port Windurst (time 51:51):

He teleports to Windurst Woods.

Windurst Woods (time 52:41):

Heorot visits Wije Tiren at I-8 in the Mithra Groves. He picks up a Scroll of Herb Pastoral. He uses the Scroll of Foe Requiem to learn the Bard song Foe Requiem and the Scroll of Herb Pastoral to learn Herb Pastoral.

Afterwards, Heorot teleports to Southern San d'Oria.

Southern San d'Oria (time 55:51):

At E-8, Heorot talks to Lusiane outside the shops. From her, he picks up a Scroll of Light Threnody. He uses this scroll to learn the Bard song Light Threnody.

Next, Heorot teleports to Northern San d'Oria.

Northern San d'Oria (time 57:14):

He goes into the Phoenix Perch inn at F-8. Upstairs, he finds Boncort in the second guest room. He picks up a Scroll of Sword Madrigal. He uses it to learn the Bard song Sword Madrigal.

Next, Heorot teleports to Bastok Markets.

Bastok Markets (time 59:35):

Heorot goes to Mjoll's Goods, the shop at E-11. He talks to Mjoll in the back room and picks up a Scroll of Dark Threnody. He uses it to learn the Bard song Dark Threnody.

Then, Heorot teleports to Selbina, Zulkheim.

Selbina (time 1:02:10):

At G-10 in the southwest of town, Heorot talks to Dohdjuma. He picks up a Scroll of Sheepfoe Mambo. He uses it to learn the Bard song Sheepfoe Mambo.

Then, he teleports to Windurst Waters.
