Heat is still fragile in VC Game—but when it connects, it snowballs. 🔥

In this video, I break down how to make Heat Trait actually work using turn-state rules, support cards, and proper conversion once Heat is live.

Heat requires 6 Heat cards in the Ringside pile before it even turns on, and even after the VC buff, it’s still easily reversed. That’s why this build doesn’t rely on protection—it relies on opportunity and sequencing.

Using specific card text like “did not continue the turn” and “turn does not end”, this deck can initiate multiple maneuvers in the same turn, making it much easier to land Heat despite reversals.

Once you’re able to land multiple Triangle Chokes, the deck pivots:

A Chain + Heat card punishes your opponent by forcing discard

You heal based on the number of printed Heat maneuvers in your Ring

Heat becomes both pressure and sustain, not just damage

From there, the video also covers what to do when your opponent runs out of cards in hand. At that point, mid-match options like Victory Roll become real considerations for closing the game.
