I bruciatori (o le resistenze) sono posti sopra ad una zona accessibile tramite un ampio cassetto in acciaio Inox estraibile, riempito con acqua. L’acqua presente nella vasca sottostante al piano di cottura consente al cibo di mantenere la sua morbidezza; serve inoltre per l’abbattimento dei fumi e per la raccolta dei grassi. Tutti i componenti sono completamente asportabili e il gruppo resistenze è sollevabile per una completa ed efficace pulizia della vasca sottostante. La griglia, costruita interamente in acciaio INOX, ha una forma che consente di operare su un’ampia superficie adatta a diversi tipi di alimenti (carne, pesce, verdure).

The burners (or heating elements) are easily accessible above a large removable stainless steel tank filled with water. The water in the tank beneath the cooking surface means the food stays tender, and also helps reduce smoke and collects the fat drips. All the components can be completely removed, and the heating element can be lifted for total cleaning in the tank beneath.
The grill is entirely made in stainless steel, with a shape that creates a large surface ideal for any type of food (meat, fish or vegetables).
