This method works on Instagram App on a Phone or PC, or Instagram on a browser (any browser)! Finally, I can upload 4K reels! The error is because of Video Bitrate value! NOTE: It doesn't matter which video editing software you're using. 4K resolution is OK! High frame rate of 59.94 is OK! NOTE: It doesn't matter whether you select VBR, 2 pass or 1 pass! Target Bitrate should be less than 100 Mbps. The maximum Video bitrate that Instagram accept is 99 Mbps! Lower bitrate video for Instagram!
