I wanted to make something fun for Valentine’s so I made these heart-shaped vegetable pancakes. This is pretty much my yachaejeon (Korean vegetable pancake) recipe but I wanted to shape them into hearts just for fun! 🤪

DIPPING SAUCE
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sugar, feel free to adjust according to desired taste
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Gochugaru or chili powder, optional
