Gyan Chakra Kriya Meditation Music with proper timings

Описание к видео Gyan Chakra Kriya Meditation Music with proper timings

A meditation to help you clear the past trauma from your arcline.

Sat Nam translates to “truth is my identity.”
Wahe Guru translates to "wondrous enlightener"

In chanting this mantra, I have found a deeper connection to the depths of my spirit aligned with all.

A Gyan mudra is done by touching the index finger and thumb together, kind of like 👌. In this meditation, using the gyan mudra position, you will sweep the hands through the field of your Arcline, one of the 10 body systems recognized in Kundalini yoga. The Arcline is the halo effect you see in the paintings from the Renaissance. This is not a unique field to "Saints". We all have one, women have an expanded Arcline at the breasts, and all have the Arcline from earlobe to earlobe. You are a Saint, who forgot. I see God in drag when I look at you 🫵. All is all, in all. Be your best self via the transmutation of this meditation.

This meditation music is created through the remixing of the Sat Nam Wahe Guru track by Jagjit Singh. I added a chime sound to help you transition in the last minute into the transitions to end this meditation, starting with 10 seconds of quick sweeping that occurs at 10:50, then begin an inhale at 11:00, then exhale at 11:10, and then an exhale at 11:26, and then start the twist at 11:33 with the inhale. You can use this remix in your classes with my permission. At this time, the allowance of Jagjit Singh's song via YouTube is available.
