👉 Workout 1: Speed Development – Focuses on improving quickness, first-step acceleration, and sprint mechanics so you can outrun defenders and react faster in games.

👉 Workout 2: Power Development – Designed to increase explosiveness, jumping ability, and overall athletic power to help you dominate on the field.

Workout 1: Speed Development Workout
1. Wall-Drive Knee Raises – 3 sets of 6 reps per leg
2. Triple Knee Drive Hold – 3 sets of 6 reps per leg
3. Wall Drive Sprints – 3 sets of 10 seconds
4. Seated Arm Swings – 3 sets of 10 seconds
5. Standing Arm Swings – 3 sets of 10 seconds
6. High Knee Runs – 3 sets of 15 yards
7. Butt Kicks – 3 sets of 15 yards
8. High Skips – 3 sets of 15 yards
9. Falling Sprints – 4 sets of 15-20 yards
10. Progressive Sprints – 4 sets of 25 yards

Workout 2: Power Development Workout
1. Line Hops (Forward & Backward) – 3 sets of 10 seconds
2. Line Hops (Side to Side) – 3 sets of 10 seconds
3. High Knees – 3 sets of 10 seconds
4. Butt Kicks – 3 sets of 10 seconds
5. Squat Jumps – 3 sets of 10 squats
6. Alternating Jumping Lunges – 3 sets of 8 reps per leg
7. Broad Jumps – 3 sets of 6 jumps
8. Bound Jumps – 3 sets of 5 bounds per leg
9. Mountain Climbers – 3 sets of 15 seconds
10. Burpees – 3 sets of 8 reps
