Honda Ruckus ByStarter (see update in description)

2011 Honda Ruckus - not starting. If I removed the bystarter and put my thumb over the hole the engine would start right up. So I knew the problem was with either the bystarter or the carb in someway. But I had cleaned the carb replaced slow jet and also blew out with compressed air, so I was more and more confident the problem lied with the bystarter. Hopefully this helps someone with their troubleshooting.

Update : After doing this recording and solving my starting issue, I was still experiencing some bogging down when applying accelerator. What I learned was whenever you mess with the carberator, you need to reset the ECU to account for any adjustments to throttle sensitivity.
