Okukyaala (Sekabira ne Ndagire)

On 30 April 2016, the handsome Kenneth Sekabira, a technological engineering professional paid his first visit to his in-laws (okutta ekyama) in Bukoto, Nakawa division, in Kampala district, Uganda.

The beautiful Janet Ndagire, a procurement and supplies specialist presented Kenneth to her family. All activities ran smoothly - there was a prestigious display of Buganda tradition, with some pomp and fun.

I captured video clips using the magnificent HTC One M8 and edited them using Final Cut Pro X. Very few people hardly noticed what I was doing. This video was done without much editing of the colours and shakiness, just to keep it as natural as possible. Background songs are lumonde by Karim Ssaava and olunaku luno by Sylvester Kyagulanyi (two really good Ugandan singers).
