Crochet Summer Top

Yarn : Fine weight or DK weight
Hook : 4.50mm



Multiple of 5 +3

Chain 35 + 3 (38)

Row 1 : 37 sc (start from 2nd chain from hook)

Row 2 : chain 2 (count as sts count), * 1 dc next sts, skip 1 sts, shell sts, (2 dc, chain 1, 2 dc), skip 1 sts, 1 dc * , repeat to until 1 have 2 sts left, 1 dc.

Row 3 : chain 2, 1 dc next sts, shell sts (in shell chain 1 from previous row), 2 dc, * shell sts, 2 dc , repeat *to till end

Row 4-6 : repeat row 3

Row 7 : chain 2, 1 dc next sts, shell sts (3 dc, chain 1, 3 dc), 2 dc, * shell sts, 2 dc , repeat *to till end

Row 8-11 : repeat row 7

Row 12 : chain 2, 1 dc next sts, * chain 1, shell sts (3 dc, chain 1, 3 dc), chain 1, 2 dc , repeat *to till end

Row 13-24 : repeat row 12

Row 25 : chain 2, 1 dc next sts, * chain 1, shell sts (8 dc), chain 1, 2 dc*, repeat to till end

Chain 1 & cut yarn

Chain 45, 37 sc across the top, chain 45


crochet both pieces together starting from row 8 till row 25.
