This Icecream is Made up with only 2 ingredients. It does not contain cornflour, whipping cream or milk powder.

Here we make this Icecream with help of ice and salt ,which act as a icecream maker machine.Here main role is whipping it with whipping machine or with hand whisker till 60% of icecream base is ready and then you have to refrigerate it for about 6-8 hrs and then you can get 100% natural icecream with only 2 ingredients.

So in this tachnique we only need milk and sugar to make our icecream base.

Ingredients:

For Icecream:
Milk | 1 ltr
Sugar | 80 gm

For Processing:
Ice | About 1 kg
Salt | 1 cup
